At Wilson's Bakery, our favorite part of the day is talking to, meeting, and making people smile! We want to meet and know you, and be here to help as best we can with churches, schools and other non-profit donation events. We have many calls on this each week, and so we have put together this page to allow you to get your request to the right person in a timely and efficient manner!

Community Giving

We take our role as a member of the Middle Georgia community seriously! At the end of each day, we donate all unsold pastries to local charities and organizations to help those in our community. Throughout the year, we donate oodles of gift cards and platters to local charity events, auctions and raffles.

Gift Cards & Baked Good Donation Guidelines

We do our best to honor all requests to qualified organizations that apply for a gift card or product donation. If you would like to apply, please make sure that you can answer ‘yes’ to the following questions:

– My organization is a nonprofit, charitable organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
– The goal of my organization or event is to enrich the health, educational or cultural well being of our community.
– My organization is non-partisan and my event is not a political fundraiser.

What We Give
We offer a variety of options to choose from. From fresh baked goods to Gift Cards. Please let us know which is more appropriate for your event.

When We Give
We review donation requests as they are sent. Your request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event in order to be reviewed. You must use our online form to apply. We will make every effort to let you know the status of your request within 5 business days of the request submission. Please allow enough time for your request to be processed.
